Your special day is just that, YOUR special day, and we believe you deserve to feel truly special so you can focus on celebrating your love for one another. No need to worry about setting up, coordinating suppliers and making sure everything runs smoothly, that’s what we’re here for!

Set Up Services include:

Our personalised ‘set up template’ that encompasses everything including your preferred decor layout, set up requirements and style elements.

Set up and styling of your ceremony decor such as chairs, sign, aisle runner and aisle decor.

Set up and styling of reception and table decor such as glassware, guest book, place cards, napkins and guest favours. These can be either your own items or items hired from our extensive hire range.

Repurposing of ceremony decor if the reception venue is also on site (additional charges may apply).

Coordination Services include;


Coordinating suppliers including deliveries on the day, arrival times and set up specifications.

Troubleshooting any weather or other issues that arise throughout the day. Our goal is to make these issues invisible to you as the happy couple on YOUR day.

Greeting guests and guiding them to both the ceremony and reception locations. Ensuring key loved ones like parents and grandparents are recognised and taken care of.

General cleaning throughout the day including toilets are kept tidy and bottles are placed in provided bins.

Setting up any signage for both the ceremony and reception including welcome signs and seating charts.

Liaising with the MC to keep the day running on schedule and flowing smoothly.

Being an extra set of hands should any of your suppliers or yourselves need a bit of extra help pulling things together on the day

Forgotten something? We are here to rescue you from unneeded stress whether there is more alcohol required, bouquets left at home or you have sore feet and need your flats.

What’s Included:

Our personalised ‘run sheet’ that is the go-to guide for how the day should run including timings for speeches, transitioning from the ceremony to the reception venue and when meals are served. 

Coordination with your wedding suppliers including introducing ourselves as the point of contact, providing them the run sheet for feedback and confirming their arrival time.

Cross check of all documents prior to the day to detect any issues that may have been overlooked and provide solutions (our past couples say this advice is invaluable!)

Unlimited email correspondence in the lead up to your big day. Phone consultations are available for an additional fee.

Final site visit or virtual consult to go over all the tiny details for the day. We go over the set up template and run sheet to make sure everyone is on the same page (again, invaluable!). Please note, sometimes due to team availability, the final visit is done via virtual consult and will be confirmed at our discretion

Please note, styling and planning services are not included in this package but can be added as an additional service for couples who feel they need more support during the process.

Up to 8 hours of coordination $POA

Eg: 9am- 5pm

Package 2

Up to 10 hours of coordination  $POA (*most popular package)

Eg: 9am- 7pm

Package 3

Up to 12 hours- Set up and Coordination $POA

Eg: 9am- 9pm
