We’ll take care of all the beautiful details with precision and care, using our custom Set-Up Template to ensure everything is styled exactly as planned. From your ceremony to your reception, we make sure your spaces look seamless, polished, and absolutely stunning.
What’s Included:
Ceremony Styling & Set-Up
We will style and set up your ceremony décor, including items like chairs, aisle décor, aisle runners, signage, and more—ensuring everything looks neat, cohesive, and beautiful.
Reception Styling & Set-Up
We’ll also handle the set-up of reception styling elements, whether they’re your own items, venue-supplied, or from third-party hire companies. Everything will be ready and looking perfect for your guests’ arrival.
Wait Time & Ceremony Pack Down
Our team will wait for the ceremony to finish (approx. 1 hour) and then pack down all ceremony items for you.
Repurposing Ceremony Items
If your reception is at the same location, we can repurpose selected ceremony décor (e.g. floral arrangements or signage).
Note: Additional fees apply if the reception is at a different venue. We are unable to repurpose or transport large structures such as arbours.

All email correspondence is included.
One complimentary phone consultation is included to go over the details. Site visits can often be arranged for an additional fee.

This package does not include coordination. Please see our other packages if you’re looking for on-the-day coordination support.
This package does not include set-up unless you add the set-up package as an extra.
Décor hire is priced separately—individual hire item prices can be found on our website’s hire page.
We recommend adding our Styling Assistance service to support your styling journey in the lead-up to the big day. This is booked separately from this on-the-day service.
